The best fading cream is Glyquin, hands down. It's prescription only, and pretty expensive ($90.00) per jar, but it works. It's the first thing I've tried that actually works. I've been using it for 3 weeks, and the brown patch on my forehead is almost gone. I just need to work on the patch above my lip now, which may take longer, because it's been there longer. Good luck!
