I don't know if you're active at all, but I firmly believe in WALKING. Always check with your doctor, but starting an exercise program with at least 15 minutes of walking every day will help you to lose weight. Work up to 30 minutes and I guarantee you will see results. Good luck to you! Oh, and if you do, STOP drinking soda or any calorie-laden beverage and stick with water.
