Boosting my metabolism and controlling my appetite are two consistent goals I have. Two years ago I began using a great appetite suppressant and metabolism booster recommended to me by my Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor. It's made by a company called Health Concerns and it's called Leantain. I can honestly say this is the first thing that has really worked for me as a supplement for achieving these results. I have told several friends and clients about this product and they have had similar results. You'll have to purchase this from a practitioner. It can't be bought directly. Their website has a geographic referral area.

It really curbs my appetite and I have found that I actually begin gaining weight if I stop taking it so I know it's keeping my metabolism running well. There's no jittery side effects and it comes from a very reputable company that has high quality herbs used in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Hey Amy,
What form does this come in? How often do you take it?

It comes in tablet form Beth and it's recommended on the bottle to take one or two tablets 45 minutes before each meal. I personally only take two tablets a day around mid morning and that seems to do the trick.
